With a strong background in the culinary arts, we have always dabbled in creating foods from scratch. The idea to try making bean-to-bar chocolate was something that we just couldn't pass up . Lovingly produced in small batches, and taste-tested by family and friends, our chocolate is your perfect indulgence. Come to the dark side, and prepare your discerning palate for a new experience.
We test each bean ourselves to ensure that the best flavours are exhibited once it makes it to a bar. Our beans are ethically sourced from Peru, Venezuela, Papua New Guinea and Mexico; some from a single farm, while others are a co-operative formed by farmers in that region.
Our flavour enhanced bars are made without the use of artificial flavours.
All our bars are preservative free, dairy free and use only ingredients with names you can pronounce. We also do our best to use Canadian ingredients where we can.
We believe in Canadian businesses and using local ingredients. We do our best to source from Saskatchewan and other Canadian provinces, supporting other small businesses the best way we know how. We also believe that it is our responsibility to take care of the people that support us and the province that we operate in. That is why we donate 10% of our profits to organizations, right here in Saskatchewan, that help kids achieve a better future. As the saying goes, "it takes a Village".
